Customer Reviews
Got a Breitling, it's nice
Picked up a Breitling Navitimer from here a couple weeks ago. It's a sweet watch, runs well. Getting it shipped over from the UK took about a week and a half, which felt a bit long but it got here safe. Everything was packaged up good. They verified it was real, which is what you want for these kinds of buys. Pretty solid experience all around.
Good watch, slow communication
I bought an Omega Speedmaster last month. The watch itself is great, arrived in fantastic condition and has been running perfectly. I got a fair price for it, I think. Delivery was pretty quick, about a week to New York. My only gripe was that after I placed the order, I had a question about the insurance on the shipment and it took them almost two days to get back to me. It wasn't a critical issue, but a faster response would have been better for peace of mind. Still, I'm happy with the watch and the overall value.
Watch as described, fast shipping
Ordered a Rolex Datejust. It arrived in 4 days to Florida. Watch was exactly as pictured online. Good condition. Happy with the purchase.
My IWC is amazing!
Just received my IWC Portugieser and I absolutely love it! The pictures on the site didn't even do it justice. It arrived so quickly, even to Texas! I can't believe the quality for a pre-owned watch. I will definitely be buying from them again. This watch is a dream!
Consistent service, reliable quality
This was my third purchase from The Watch Edit; I've bought a Cartier Tank, a Tudor Black Bay, and now a Patek Philippe Aquanaut. Each time, the process has been really consistent. The watches always arrive as described and authenticated. This latest Patek was no different – perfect condition, all documentation. Their packaging is always secure. I keep coming back because I trust their descriptions and the reliability of their shipping and authentication. It's good to know what to expect.
Smooth purchase, good communication
I recently purchased a Rolex Submariner from The Watch Edit. The ordering process online was straightforward; I used the bank transfer discount, which was a nice saving. After payment, I received an email confirming the order and expected delivery. Shipping took about 6 days to get to my address in California, which was within their stated timeframe for international shipping. The watch arrived well-packaged and was exactly as described on their website, including all the original papers. I had a quick question about the warranty after it arrived, and customer support responded to my email within a few hours. The watch itself is in excellent condition and keeps time perfectly. I appreciated the detailed photos and description they provided online, as it really helped in making my decision. Overall, a very professional service.

Hey, thinking about a Submariner from here. Has anyone actually bought a watch from The Watch Edit in the US? Wondering about the shipping times.
Does The Watch Edit ever have big sales, like around Black Friday or something? Waiting for a deal on a specific model.
Thinking of selling my GMT-Master II. Has anyone used their consignment service? Was it a good experience compared to selling it myself?
What's their return policy like if I change my mind? Is it a hassle sending a watch back if it's not quite right?
